I love the composition as well as the colors of this image. The birds seems like they are framed by the pillars. The woman in the foreground is balanced by the trees to the right and the gazebo to the left. The image is not only centered on one but rather it lets you examine all the corners of the image.

I like the use of spotlights here. The lighting is minimal but still does the job of lighting all the dancers moving around. Although you don’t see their faces sometimes, I think it works because this particular scene is highlighting the guy with the shade.
